Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and stays managed by A Signatures by Dahlia. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • Reservations may require a full prepayment or a deposit at booking.
  • Bookings are held until 11:59 PM on arrival date when prepaid.
  • Prices include VAT. Meals and additional services are included only when specified.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in requires a valid government-issued ID.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times are shown in booking confirmation details.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation and No-show

  • More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% prepayment is non-refundable.
  • No-show: total booking amount is charged.

4. Guest Conduct and Property Rules

  • Guests must behave appropriately and follow house rules.
  • Excessive noise, subletting, or exceeding guest limits may result in termination.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas where applicable.
  • Pool and wellness facilities are subject to internal rules and availability.

Property-specific rules may differ by apartment type or location. If any local policy conflicts with this page, the property-specific booking terms apply.

5. Damages, Deposits, and Liability

  • A security deposit or authorization may be required at check-in.
  • Guests are financially responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Management may charge for missing items or repair costs when justified.

6. Room Allocation and Services

  • Room allocation may vary; preference requests are accommodated when possible.
  • Some onsite venues may host events or be temporarily unavailable.
  • Accessibility requests can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or government actions.
